Accommodation World Discoverer Cruise Ship. Absolutely first class.

Travelogue The best holiday we've ever taken (and we've had some exotic ones!) We were thoroughly spoilt. The ship, with accommodation for 160 (150 on our cruise) was a perfect size. We managed 20 'Zodiac' (12-seater rubber boats) landings & 5 Zodiac trips where landings weren't possible. (Most larger cruise ships to Antarctica manage around 3/4 landings). The wildlife is spectacular has has no fear of humans.. Wall to wall penguins (7 varieties), fur seals, elephant seals, humpback whales, Minkie whales and on it went..! We had five specialist lecturers on board who enhanced the experience.
