on board Queen Isis Cruiser.
The Boat was perfect in every way. Spotlessly clean the service was great.
My room was left beautiful every day with flowers and my towels left on
my bed made into lovely shapes like bows and snakes etc. The food was
excellant -lots of variety every day including salads, turkey, chicken,
potatoes, rice and lots of local dishes.

Review
This was the best holiday I have have ever had. The people are lovely,
the sights are unforgettable and the weather was great. This place leaves
a lasting memory that on dull days back home warms your spirit. The sunset
over the nile is the most beautiful sight you will ever see and the simple
life of the people will make you wonder why you ever complain about your
own life. My most memorable moment was visiting a small village in the
desert and being entertained by a family and being shown how they live.
These people have no modern trappings but they have everything we don't
have nowadays - tight family groups and appreciation of living. I will
never ever forget this visit and am so glad I have been lucky enough to
experience it - I will go back someday if I get the chance.

Tips
1)
Local post offices
and all the hotels change money. 2) The best things to take are high factor
sunscreens and a hat. Don't expect to be able to wear very revealing clothing
-it's poor taste to do so. Simple shorts, tops and light dresses are all
that's needed. 3) Take along lots of cheap lighters and pens from home.
These are great to give to the locals along with small tips - they really
appreciate them. 4) Your tummy may get a bit upset but you can get tablets
for this in the local chemist which are much better than you can bring
from home. 5) Best tip I can give is relax, enjoy and show respect to
these lovely people and you can't go wrong.
